  • No minimum! DTG is great for small runs or even single items.

  • How long does DTG printing take?
  • Once artwork is approved, most DTG orders are ready within 5–7 working days.

  • Are there setup fees for DTG?
  • No setup fees, which makes DTG affordable for small orders or one-off prints.

  • What kind of files do you need for DTG artwork?
  • High-resolution PNGs with a transparent background are preferred. We can help clean up or prepare your design if needed.

  • Can I mix and match shirt colours or sizes?
  • Yes, you can mix garment colours and sizes within your order.

  • Does DTG printing work on dark garments?
  • Yes! We use a white base layer for dark garments so colours stand out clearly.

  • What is embroidery?
  • Embroidery is the process of stitching your logo or design directly onto garments using thread for a long-lasting, premium look.

  • Popular items include polos, caps, jackets, uniforms, aprons, and bags.

  • Is embroidery durable?
  • Very! Embroidery withstands frequent washing and heavy use, making it ideal for workwear.

  • Yes, we stock a wide range of thread colours and can match most Pantone shades.

  • What’s the minimum order for embroidery?
  • We recommend a minimum of 6 items, but we’re flexible depending on the project.

  • Do you charge a setup fee?
  • Yes, there’s a one-time setup (digitising) fee for new embroidery designs, which we’ll keep on file for future use.

  • Can you embroider detailed logos?
  • We can stitch most designs, but very fine text or gradients may need adjusting for clarity.

  • Can you embroider individual names?
  • Yes, we can add custom names or titles on uniforms, aprons, or shirts.

  • How long does embroidery take?
  • Orders typically take 7–10 working days after artwork approval.

  • What is vinyl printing?
  • Vinyl printing involves cutting designs out of coloured vinyl sheets and heat pressing them onto garments.

  • What type of designs are best for vinyl?
  • Vinyl works best for bold text, simple logos, and solid colours—ideal for names and numbers.

  • Is vinyl printing durable?
  • Yes, vinyl prints can last a long time when garments are washed and cared for properly.

  • Can you print multi-colour designs with vinyl?
  • Yes, but each colour is applied separately, so it’s best for designs with 1–3 colours.

  • Can I personalise garments with names/numbers?
  • Absolutely! Vinyl is perfect for personalised clothing like sportswear or leavers’ hoodies.

  • Do you offer metallic or glitter vinyl?
  • Yes! We have specialty vinyl finishes including glitter, metallic, neon, and reflective.

  • What garments are suitable for vinyl printing?
  • Vinyl can be applied to most fabrics including cotton, polyester, and blends.

  • Is there a minimum order for vinyl?
  • No strict minimum—great for small runs or one-off items.

  • How long does vinyl printing take?
  • Usually 5–7 working days from artwork approval.

  • What files do you need for vinyl designs?
  • We prefer vector files (SVG, AI, EPS), but high-quality PNGs can work for simpler designs.

  • What is screen printing?
  • Screen printing is a method where ink is pushed through a mesh screen onto fabric—great for high-volume orders and bold designs.

  • What types of garments can you screen print on?
  • We screen print on t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, sweatshirts, and more.

  • Is screen printing cost-effective?
  • Yes, especially for larger orders—prices drop significantly as quantities increase.

  • What kind of designs work best?
  • Bold, flat-colour designs work best. Gradients and very fine detail can be tricky.

  • Can you print multi-colour designs?
  • Yes, but each colour requires a separate screen, so fewer colours = lower cost.

  • Do you charge a setup fee?
  • Yes, screen setup fees apply per colour, but are often waived for larger runs or repeat orders.

  • Is screen printing durable?
  • Very durable! Screen prints hold up well to regular washing and wear.

  • What’s the minimum order for screen printing?
  • Minimum is usually 25 items, as setup costs make it less economical for small orders.

  • What turnaround time should I expect?
  • Typically 7–10 working days depending on quantity and design complexity.

  • What kind of artwork do you need?
  • We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for crisp, clean results.

  • How do I place my order?
  • We have many ways to order: you can order on our website, face to face, by email, via messages, or over the phone. Feel free to browse our site, do your research, come in and see us, or give us a call. We’re happy to advise with no obligation. Once you know exactly what you require, we’ll send a full quotation over to you by email for your approval.

  • What time do you open?
  • Our opening times are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm. For special orders, we are also available on Saturdays and Sundays. We do try to respond to emails and messages outside of these hours whenever possible.

  • Can I supply my own garment?
  • Yes, you’re welcome to supply your own garments. We’ll advise if they are suitable for print or embroidery. We can’t always guarantee vinyl will work as effectively on customer-supplied garments, but we will always advise you at the time of ordering. We provide a 'bring your own' service for special garments. A handling fee of £2 per item is applied if the customer provides the goods.

  • What is your minimum order?
  • We don’t have a minimum order for most of the garments we supply.

  • Do you give discounts for bulk orders?
  • Yes, we have a pricing structure in place to reward bulk ordering.

  • Do you charge a set-up fee?
  • We sometimes charge a set-up fee if your logo needs to be digitised. This is a one-off charge and is not applied on repeat orders.

  • What format do you require my logo in?
  • Ideally, we need a vector file such as .EPS or .PDF. We can work from other formats too, but they may need to be redrawn for a small charge.

  • How long will my order take?
  • Our standard turnaround is 7–10 working days from the time the order is approved and paid for. During busy periods, turnaround times may be longer, but we will always advise you when ordering.

  • When do I pay for my order?
  • We require full payment upfront for personalised orders.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • Do you offer a delivery service?
  • Yes, we offer free UK mainland delivery for orders over £149 (excl. VAT), or £6.95 for orders under that amount. For customers supplying their own garments, delivery is charged at cost. Free delivery is only available for garments supplied by Branded UK.

  • Do you provide samples?
  • We have hundreds of garments on display in our retail unit. You are welcome to visit, have a look, and try items on before purchasing.

  • Can I try my garments on before they are decorated?
  • Yes, we highly recommend it. Let us know when ordering and we’ll put a hold on your order to allow time for fittings. We can also lend out popular styles locally for group fittings (a deposit is required).

  • What decoration methods do you offer?
  • We provide a wide range of garment decoration services including embroidery, vinyl printing, screen printing, and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. Each method has its advantages depending on the type of garment and your design. We're happy to recommend the best option for your needs.

  • Do you offer uniforms for schools, hospitals, or corporate teams?
  • Yes, we supply customised uniforms for schools, leavers, medical staff, hospitality, retail, and corporate teams. We can help you create a consistent, professional look for your entire organisation.

  • Can you help with branding and logo design?
  • Absolutely! If you don’t have a logo yet or need help refining your brand, we can assist with design services to ensure your garments look polished and professional.

  • Do you offer personalised items for events or one-offs?
  • Yes, we cater for birthdays, stag/hen dos, charity events, sports teams, and more. Whether you need one item or a hundred, we’ve got you covered.

  • Can you provide a visual mock-up before printing?
  • Yes, we always offer a digital proof/mock-up of your design on the chosen garment so you can approve it before production starts.

  • Do you sell T-Shirts?
