This technique is renowned for its durability and professional appearance, making it ideal for corporate apparel, uniforms, and promotional items. Modern embroidery utilizes advanced machines that can produce intricate designs with multiple colors, ensuring consistency and high-quality results.

DURABILITY

Embroidery will last as long as the garment itself without losing quality.

COLOURS

The number of colours used does not affect the price. Machines can handle up to 6 colours.

SETUP COSTS

Setup costs depend on the size and placement of the embroidery. Basic text designs are usually free.

COMPLEXITY

Can accommodate most designs but not ideal for photographic details, gradients, or spray effects.

PERSONALISED

Initials and names can be added without setup fees for team orders.

COST

Cost is determined by the size and stitch count of the embroidery. Larger, more detailed embroidery increases the cost.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a technique where ink is applied to a substrate through a mesh screen that has been prepared with a stencil of the desired design. Each color in the design requires a separate screen, and the ink is pushed through the mesh onto the material using a squeegee. This method is widely used for producing vibrant and long-lasting prints on textiles, posters, and other surfaces. It's particularly cost-effective for large orders due to the efficiency of the process once the screens are created.

DURABILITY

Print will maintain its quality for the garment's lifespan and fade naturally over time.

COLOURS

We can print up to 6 colours using both manual and automatic printing methods.

SETUP COSTS

Setup fees apply per colour and per design. For example, two designs with two colours = four setups.

COMPLEXITY

Handles most design needs, but small details are limited. No gradients or high-detail patterns.

PERSONALISED

Not the best choice for individual customisation; better suited for bulk production.

COST

Cost is based on the number of garments, colours, and printing positions.

Heat Transfer Printing

Heat transfer printing involves transferring designs from a special transfer paper onto a substrate using heat and pressure. The design is first printed onto the transfer paper with specific inks and then applied to the desired item using a heat press. This method allows for detailed and full-color images to be applied to various materials, including fabrics, ceramics, and metals. It's particularly popular for custom apparel and promotional items due to its versatility and ability to produce high-quality images.

Print durability depends on washing methods. Recommended washing at 40°C, inside out, and avoid ironing.

COLOURS

Various vinyl colours are available, but specific Pantone shades may need DTG or screen printing.

SETUP COSTS

No setup fees for basic designs. A wide variety of designs are accepted.

COMPLEXITY

Best for simple shapes, text, names, and logos. Complex details may not work well.

PERSONALISED

An ideal process for adding personal touches (names, initials, multi-design options).

COST

Price depends on the size of the design because of the material used.

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing

Direct-to-Garment printing, commonly known as DTG, is a process where a digital image is printed directly onto fabric using specialized inkjet technology. This method allows for high-resolution, full-color designs with intricate details to be printed without the need for screens or stencils. DTG is particularly suitable for small batch orders or one-off custom designs, as it requires minimal setup. The inks used are typically water-based and absorbed by the fibers of the garment, resulting in a soft feel and durable print.

DURABILITY

The longevity of the print relies on how the garment is washed. Wash at 40°C, turn inside out, and avoid ironing for better results.

COLOURS

Suitable for photographic-quality prints, gradients, and high-detail designs. It allows for a high level of customisation.

SETUP COSTS

No setup fees for designs. We welcome a wide range of creative ideas.

COMPLEXITY

This method is capable of handling fine details and complex designs effortlessly.

PERSONALISED

A highly adaptable option for customising clothing (multiple designs, initials, names, and colour combinations).

COST

Pricing is influenced by the size of the print due to the materials used. The number of colours used does not impact the price.

Fleet Livery & Wraps

Fleet livery and wraps involve applying large vinyl graphics or decals to vehicles, effectively turning them into mobile advertisements. This process can cover part or all of a vehicle's exterior and is customized to display a company's branding, including logos, contact information, and promotional messages. Fleet wraps are a cost-effective marketing strategy, offering high visibility and the potential to reach a broad audience as the vehicles travel. Additionally, these wraps protect the vehicle's original paintwork and can be removed or updated as needed.

Digital Printing

Digital printing refers to the process of printing digital-based images directly onto various media substrates. Unlike traditional printing methods, digital printing doesn't require printing plates, making it suitable for short runs and on-demand printing. This method offers quick turnaround times and allows for easy customization, making it ideal for personalized marketing materials, business cards, and custom textiles. The quality of digital printing has improved significantly, offering sharp and vibrant images comparable to traditional printing techniques.
